These respected facilities conducted ASTM-certified evaluations that measured Cercrete™ across compressive and flexural strength, fire and heat resistance, corrosion protection, durability, and bonding capabilities.
The results demonstrated outstanding performance and reliability: Cercrete™ routinely delivered compressive strengths from 6,000 to 12,000 psi, maintained dimensional stability (no shrinkage or expansion), exhibited Class A fire ratings, and achieved perfect self-bonding as well as strong adhesion to steel and concrete. The product consistently outperformed Portland cement in preventing chloride ion penetration and corrosion of rebar, with no corrosion present even after 35 days in accelerated testing environments. These comprehensive trials, performed by highly accredited labs and university facilities, validate Cercrete™ reputation as a high-performance, green construction material fit for the most demanding applications.
