Lab Tests

Before taking Cercrete™ to the global market, the technology underwent comprehensive and rigorous laboratory testing to precisely measure its capabilities. Independent tests confirmed Cercrete™ ability to protect construction materials—especially metal rebar encased within—by maintaining dimensional stability post-curing with no shrinkage or expansion. This non-reactive quality enables Cercrete™ to block moisture, air, and acids, effectively preventing rust, mildew, and other destructive forces that threaten structural integrity.

Corrosion Study Results

Cercrete™ was challenged in high-stress controlled environments, showcasing superior ballistic and blast protection properties. Fire resistance assessments demonstrated that thin Cercrete™ panels withstand sustained exposure to temperatures exceeding 6,000 degrees, with no smoke detected and heat constrained to the exact torch site—even as the same torch could rapidly cut through thick steel. For perspective, typical house fires reach 400 degrees and meteors burn at 3,000 degrees when entering the atmosphere.

Cercrete™: Proven Next-Generation Protection Through Advanced Laboratory Testing

These tests also proved Cercrete™ high flexural strength, making it ideal for railroad bases, hurricane-prone regions, and any project demanding robust structural and impact resistance. This unparalleled combination of protection, stability, and resilience sets Cercrete™ apart as a next-generation solution for high-performance construction.
