Cercrete™, developed and commercialized by founder Jeff Selph, has a legacy of exclusive deployment through Argonne Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy, where it played a critical role in attenuating nuclear tanks thanks to its advanced properties. After fulfilling its DOE contract, Jeff Selph dedicated years to further evolving the technology, making Cercrete™ more versatile, affordable, and accessible with the aim of democratizing life-saving materials and maximizing environmental, cost, and time savings.

To validate and demonstrate these remarkable capabilities, Jeff conducted multi-million-dollar independent testing over four years, substantiated by thousands of tons sold to real-world projects. Cercrete™ applications range from fire- and weather-proofing residential homes to reinforcing critical infrastructure such as the enduring dam in Honduras. The technology has also undergone successful evaluations in Japan, Canada, and diverse locations worldwide, distinguishing Cercrete™ as the only company globally able to scale production and deliver next-generation, green cement technology to market.

Several tests were conducted to showcase Cercrete™ exceptional ability to adhere and bond to a wide range of construction materials, including bonding securely to itself. These evaluations were performed under extreme weather conditions to validate performance. The results demonstrated Cercrete™ superior qualities, notably its ultra-fast curing time, consistently reaching and surpassing targeted performance metrics within mere minutes. This test-validated bonding reliability under diverse environmental scenarios sets Cercrete™ apart as a high-performance solution for demanding construction applications.
