What is Cercrete - Cercrete®

Cercrete™ is a specifically designed GREEN Cement technology made by blending together three inorganic natural raw materials. Additional additives and aggregates may be added as needed to enhance certain properties of the cement. It is made in a blending operation, not the typically larger manufacturing one, so plant costs are far less.

Cercrete™ is superior in many ways to traditional cement and other building materials. It is stronger (6,000 to 12,000 psi), fire-proof, water resistant, and tolerant (no effect by exposure in pH range Of 3 – 11).

Other attributes make it unique and practical as a building material:

Fast setting (1 minute to 1 hour)
Extreme compressive and flexural/bending strength
Exceptionally fast curing and high early strength (6000 psi compression strength in 3 hours)
No expansion or contraction after curing
Fireproof (0 flame or smoke at 6000 degrees F)
Highly water resistant
Resistant to acids and corrosives
Prevents corrosion of embedded steel rebar
High bonding strength to most materials including itself
Far longer sustainability/lifespan (100+ years)
Sets and cures underwater
Has “self-healing” properties
Can be poured/pumped/sprayed to coat surfaces, and with 21st century techniques
Can be constituted with salt water and beach sand
Can be mixed with normal aggregates and recycled materials
